#4 - In auto mode, your Xenon is supposed to turn on ONLY when it's dark. The Xenon will shut off as soon as it detects decent ambient light. #7 - The X will support any OEM setup from 17"-20" (up to 22s for non-OEM). See my previous reply for caveat for going to 20s and beyond. Although, I went from 17s to staggered 19s without noticing too much power loss, but the gain on stability and cornering abilities was very much worth the trade off, not to mention the looks that come with the bigger paws.

Since the Xenons have been staying on during the morning drive with sufficient ambient light I've started to notice that there are many others with the same issue. It would appear to be a factory setting. Meanwhile, it's not isolated to the bimmers. Hmmm.
Although curious to know how many drive with running lights on and if anyone can provide any insight into how long the Xenons typically last with normal usage.
