Interior lighting

Hey All, I spend more time on this forum than on my job! Anyway, any suggestions for a good upgrade for my yellowish looking interior lights (2006 4.4)? I see many kits offered on the web, but am having a hard time deciding. If anyone has any experience with this upgrade, I would appreciate their insight. Thanks!!!

I would highly recommend the Interior Xenon Kits that we have available. I have these installed on my own car and love the cool blue effect. It's a nice change over the dull yellow stock bulbs.

Superbrightleds.com have some led arrays that are super easy to install in the factory lenses, I have them in both cars, extremely low draw

I have a set in mine and although I do like the color, the lighting itself is not as bright as the standard bulbs. LED might be the way to go.

The cooler color is not as intense as the stock bulbs but that is not a function of brightness but just the color spectrum. We have tested LEDs in the same color spectrum and unfortunately they are no brighter than stock. It's just a limit of going with a xenon white output

How do you open up the cover for the interior lights?

What kind of tool do I need?

Nothing more than a flat head screw driver
