I'm assuming this is for the pre-facelift e53?

I guess for X5 owners like myself who have been hesitant about baking their own headlights open to install AE's (or those with model years who couldn't bake their headlights open), it appears that the new PROJECTOR53's is now another easier option to have the Angel Eyes look (with Euro clear corners from what I can tell from the photos on the sites).

Having the AE's installed on the projector53's is available as an additional option, of course and you may still need to tap the AE's into the parking lights.

However, I think you lose the self-leveling functionality (if you have that on your X5) --- which might be an okay sacrifice to some people in order to get the Angel Eyes and clear corner look on their headlights that they've always wanted!

I'm sure Nick and the boys from JLEVI will confirm or correct me on all this, but I think these Projector 53's will definitely take off! I'm considering getting this for myself.

Finally! Put me down for a set, I know my cousin wants one, and I'll probably get one too, my headlights look like crap.
