Angry Is BMW reading and listening?

Luv dem bmrs BUT shooooot! When is BMW going to fix the electrical problems associated with the infamous "FSR" or other battery draining gremlin type problems.....Don't get me wrong...I really like the bimmers. I bought my first "American Specs" BMW (318i) in '85, then in 89 we got our 325is and then we got a 528i and now two X5s...so, I really do like them but.....good graciousness! I just got done paying 2300.00 for a problem under the dash of the wife's X5....sounds ominously like I might get stuck with something like it if the FSR switch doesn't work.....gonna start to tick an old soldier off really quickly.....My battery is still dead...tired of being laughed at for having to jump the darn thing in the parking garage....I wouldn't doubt it that the X% & above have more code than most PCs...that is NOT my problem (at least for much longer if it isn't fixed at the company level)...my problem is to love them and buy them until they start doing this stuff!!! But, again.....is BMW listening?!!!! HELLO!!!! BMW! Are you listening??!!
I got a 02 X-5, 3.0 that eats batteries and has frozen dash messages, side view mirrors that make whirring and clicking noises and a fan that blows 2 1/2 hours after I'm home in the garage on a cool night...battery dead as heck...(low lights, no start...Yup, DEAD in the morning).
Markbell was very helpful and give me the insight on the FSR thing and have been reading more and more but....DARN....they gotta fix this thing when 6 or 7 pages are full of problems like this on ONE talk forum!!!
But, again, if anyone have more insight on the or a possible problem solving thing on this dead battery...I'd be greatly appreciative.

Sweetrl, 2300 is way to much money. You obviously don't have a warranty. I work for a company called Security National Warranty. We have great programs for all makes and models. Check us out at snwarranty.com, then call me at 800-811-6880. I just gave a warranty to an x5world member and he loves it. This will save you thousands of dollars in the long run. Check it out, you won't lose anything. Then give me a call at ext. 176. Talk to you soon...
