Brake Light Bulb
Looks like I could unscrew a couple small nuts to pull the light itself out of the car but I can't get a small socket wrench in there between the subwoofer and the housing either. I tried removing the subwoofer but looks like I'd have to remove out of the way the fuse box to completely remove the sub. I can't believe it's this hard to change a simple brake light bulb? Anybody have the trick? |

Leave that sub alone. It aint part of the process... Having said that......
Don't be afraid to use the search feature. Type in brake light or tail light. Ton's of info.. http://www.xoutpost.com/x5-e53-forum/...ht=brake+light http://www.xoutpost.com/x5-e53-forum/...ht=brake+light

I actually had to get my wife to do it because her hands were small enough. Have someone with small hands reach it. Be careful that you are accessing the correct socket. Good luck
