Need help : noise from the front

There is some little noise from the fresh air grille center (1) of my 2000 4.4i

the noise appears when I accelerate or ride thru bumpy roads, probably some loose parts resonate with the vibration.
I use a torch to look thru the the grille center, nothing is loose.

have you had such an issue before? how to take out the fresh air grille center for inspection?
any relevant info is appreciated!
