Bigger tires for 20" wheels?

Hey guys just wondernig if I can get bigger tires to go on 20" wheels? I would like to have more of a tire wall on these wheels instead of the usual
275/40/20 and 315/35/20 tires.

utahx5 is on a distinguished road
I went with falken ziex z01 295/45/20 and 265/50/20 they ride nice and look good expecialy after I lowered the rear still need to get front springs and lower the front my spedo is off by 4 mph at 65
