Those look hot. I'd say go for it.
I've got 265/35/22 sized tires on my 22x9.5 wheels for my X5.

http://www.xoutpost.com/x5-e53-forum/...t=finally+pics I just changed my tire set-up (not in these pics) because of the low profile, so i bumped it up in the front to 265/35/22 and rear 305/30/22, and now it drives much smoother than stock 20's.
