Remote Aux heater fixed
Took the X down to my local dealer as the remote heater wasn't working apparently if the webasto unit detects a low battery it will not ignite. So if your unit remote works i.e it can comunicate with the heater but nothing happens check your battery charge.

agree. i think the same is true for fuel level. can anyone confirm this?
will the heater ignite if low level fuel light is on?

according to the manual it won't work if fuel is down to reserve level
