Rolex Snob is on a distinguished road
02 4.4i X5 hit 120,000 miles today; should I dump $2,200 into it?

I am worried about my tranny at this point; it's showing NO signs of problems but I read so many horror stories here. I am just not ready to buy a new car at this point; I have not even begun to research for a new car. I took it in to the shop to have my coolant reservoir replaced, my power steering pump replaced (no pressure) my hoses and belts/pulleys replaced and it's totaling up to $2150. I am not worried about the cost but at this point worried that 120k is end of life for BMW X5's.

Can anyone here offer any signs of encouragement? I'd like to keep this car for 2 more years if I can. Or would you run away from this thing and trade it in ASAP?
