All season means - good in no particular season. Like jack of all and master of none.
Cannot compare all season to seasonal tires.

When you were turning and then noticed you were sliding, did you put power to the wheels? I hit the gas a little bit when I slide and i'm turning in the snow to put power to the front wheels that are steering the car..That helps a little bit to maintain turning control in the snow.. I did it twice yesterday in the same weather conditions..I also have low pro tires 275/40/20..

315's are pretty wide for snow - probably floated like a sled. |

I would think the Toyo with the aggressive tread design would be better than the Michelins. Anyone have experience with both??

I'm a day away from purchasing these tires and read this thread. Is there anyone else that can chime in about the performance of these tires in the snow?
