1rarex5 is on a distinguished road
problem with 4.4 trans (Solenoid 3) can anyone help??
When the trans shifts into 3rd it slips HARD. Got it scanned and it came back with Solenoid 3 is bad. The dealer said new trans. The truck only has 36k and the trans went bad. Does anyone have any info on what I can do? Thanks Frank

unless warranty is expired due to time.


dealers won't actually service the insides of the trans so a remanufactured one is their solution.
