Anyone have Dinan S1 Package on their 4.8is?

I did a search. Did not find much or any real feedback.

Im toying with the idea of adding the S1 Package after I add a Brembo BKK but would like to get some feedback from anyone that has the S1 package currently on their 4.8is? Thanks.

I've got the S2 pkg on my 4.4 - very quick throttle response, especially off the line - fabulous exhaust roar - have pulled away from 5.0 mustangs and held its own vs tricked out compacts of 1/3 its wgt - it's just the crappy lettering they supply that keeps corroding

I would be curious to hear your feedback after you get it installed on the 4.8is.

I am not sure if I like the look of the Dinan Exhaust. too bad you can't keep the distinctive look of the 4.8is exhaust pipes. The Dinan Exhaust make the truck look like it is a 4.4 instead of the 4.8.

I am also concerned that gas mileage would go to complete crap with the setup

I would not get the exhaust if it was not possible, it makes the 4.8/4.6 really stand out.

Anyone know how much louder the exhaust is? My M3 is loud enough, and at the moment, Im pretty happy with the way the 4.8is sounds stock. Any drone with the Dinan exhaust?

No drone. Sounds great on my 4.4 but I think it's only ~slighlty~more lounder and deeper the 4.8

4.8is stock is exhaust sound prett good already!

I did not lock the dinan tips. Went with the 4.6/4.8 covers myself

My Dinan exhaust sounded soooo good!

Go for it if you have the means; I recommend it.
It wasn't too loud, but it would deff. turn heads.
