Hellooo I have a 2003 X5 and want to updated with the 2004 Facelift front end.I want to know if its just a matter of take the old parts and put the new ones or do I have to make changes and the parts list that is in www.xoutpost.com is enough..???

you have to make a few changes to rewire the 05 lights.
the entire front have to be change i just did my 02 X.
