door apart can't remove one switch help!!!

I got the two circled switches off but there appears to be a switch located under the guys finger. How does that switch or wiring harness come off? Does it come off from the top or bottom layer?

The third connection has a "pull out" lock. The "front" of the connection has an area where you can fit a flat bladed screw driver to pull the "lock" away from the connection to free it. After releasing the lock, the connector does not pull straight up and off but away from the window switch and up. This one threw me for a loop last weekend!!!!

In the pic it is actually off but hidded behind the black connector.

By lock I mean a device which keeps the connection in place. If you examine the connector you will see the front has a space where a screwdriver can be inserted and the lock can be pulled away from the connector thereby releasing it.
