2002 X5 driverside window controls

Last week it rained pretty hard and I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. The next day when I tried to disarm my car that’s when I noticed the driver side door didn't unlock so I just used my key to get in which disarmed it completely so no big deal. As I was driving down the road I went to roll down the windows....that's when I noticed the driver side controls also didn't work. I decided to pull over and open the door and I noticed the top bolt missing from the rubber harness that protects the wire's from the outside world. So my question to whom ever can help me.......is there a fuse I can check to see if its blown or is it a hole different problem.

Thanks for the advise, I was able to get the driver side window to work but I still have problems with the other windows, the driver side door lock and the right side mirror. One thing I did notice was when I took the harness apart I saw green corrosion in some of the holes, do you think this could be an issue?

Yes! It acts as an insulator.

Any suggestions, do you think I have to replace the windows/locks control panel or can I just replace the connector parts or just try to clean it up better.

Thanks!
