Any update on this I just experienced the hesitation stutter, when I was on a slight uphill stop for a light. I didn't think I did a jack rabbit but the weather was rainy all day (wheel slip maybe), and I was a 1/4 tank. I have 2003 3.0. Also to note, my wife said car was wobbly in the rain, possible tire issue causing the sputter or engine? Thanks

you can also try to reset the throttle response. i think the procedure is turn to position 2 for 10 seconds, turn off for 10 seconds, then turn engine on. if you do a search, you should be able to find the exact procedure.
