reset ABS brakes and DSC lights

The in/out motor of my steering wheel wasn't working and while I was checking it I unpluged a plug under the steering wheel and started the engine. As soon as I started moving the DSC, brakes and ABS lights came on yellow and I can't turn them off. I imagine that they came on because I had unpluged the plug but now I don't know how to reset the lights. I have a 2001 X5 3.0i

Well did you put the plug back in first? That might help if you havent done that yet.

Do some quick searches as this has several threads on it. There are some tricks you can do to "reset" it. It may go away on its own. It may be a dealer thing. Not too sure. In any event just be very careful while driving!

If everything is plugged back up, drive around the block....make sure to turn the steering wheel left to right...that should fix your issue......Phil
