2002 4.6is ???

HI new to the forum, the information and the community is a great resource

I have located a used 2002, however I have a few questions:

Does only the driver door jamb have the factory sticker ?

the X also has the updated 168 rims (2004+ rims) Can I tell if they are replicas? There is no BMW stamping or embossing on the outside of the rim

Also, the X has 60k miles on it and is out of warranty, does anyone know of a good mechanic in Boston, along route 128, that I can get a health inspection done on the X for piece of mind

Any and all information is greatly appreciated, any major problems I should be aware of in purchasing a 2002 ?
