But yes my WINDSHIELD IS TINTED 35% on the front, our state isnt that hard on tinting, or should i say nicer car that have tints...

Janis, depends on the state. At least $250 ticket, plus a possible "reckless driving" charge (at the cop's discretion) which means 6-month license suspension. But cops can be bought in the US just like any other country. You just need to do it in advance, not after you get the ticket. It's called a PBA card.
