I'm portuguese, sorry for my ban english :S

Can you help me? Are that parts sold separately?

I have a 2005 X5 3.0d, and as I understand, for my car it needs to be the 4.8is front part, burthe rear part is the same in 4.8is and 4.6is, right?

Thank you

Yes, that is correct. The rear is the same, but the front is the 4.8is bumper

Do you guys think that 4.6IS kit that I realy love would look decent on a Tan X5?
Also I am doing my Grille black, and would like your opinion do to just the out rings black or entire grill? Inner part is beige and kind of goes with than (not to over do it).

Also, I'm thinking, Glossy or Mate?

Its a matter of personal taste,of course, but yes I think the 4.6is kit looks great in any colour.
I sprayed my grill black gloss,as I thought the matt would be a bit dull!
My grill was the basic chrome/black (non V8),so I just had to spray the "outer rings" and left the oem ABS plastic colour.
