Great customer service.
I had ordered their XM package for my '04, installed it and it didn't work. Called them up and we walked through several things. Then discovered that it won't work with Nav. I didn't read ALL the notes on their website and when I called them to place the order, neither of us thought to ask about or mention that I have Nav. Since I was leaving in 3 days for a 1500+ mile trip and really wanted to have satellite radio to keep me from getting bored while driving, they offered to overnight me the Sirius pieces, picking up the overnight charges themselves. Got the parts as promised, spent a whopping 30 minutes to pull out the XM and put the Sirius in. And had satellite company for my trip.
Wish my dealer would treat BMW owners that well.
