2002 X5 3.0i original OEM warranty = ?

I am the original owner of a 2002 X5 but can't remember what is the original warranty on the car. Is it 6yr/100K? My 6 yrs is up this 03/08 so I'm looking into extended warranty. The "Original Owner Protection Program" adds 2yrs/50K. Does that mean it will take it to 8yr/150K? I only have 60K so I can only take advantage of the extra 2 years.

I did purchase the extended maintainence so I'm covered 6yr/100K already. Is there additional program from BMW what will extend maintainence beyond 6yr/100K?

What country? You don't list it in your profile. Warranty is different in the US, Canada, and many other countries. We have a four year warranty here.

Best bet is to check your warranty guide in the owner's manual.

So if 4 year in the US then I'm already passed the point where I can get the extended warranty?

I'm in Canada, so we have a four year warranty. I believe the US had the same when your vehicle was sold. If you didn't purchase an extended warranty along with your extended maintenance, then I believe you are already two years out of warranty. Your other option would be private insurance companies that sell extended warranties, AFAIK.

If yours is US car, your oem warr. is long expired and you
don't qualify for the Orig.Owner's deal, 2OP program.
