I found out that is a hose that connects the power steering reservoir to radiator. Could that be used to cool the power steering fluid? Any idea?

I believe the power steering has it's own cooling unit up from, from what I can see. If you have coolant on those lines I'd check the upper radiator hose and the smaller coolant hoses that connect to the coolant tank and secondary water pump.

I believe those connectors are the same as the fuel hoses. the metal collar is spring loaded. you push the collar together towards the connection and it'll release.
