Style 168 OEM Rims

How much should I plan to send. I just found a 2005 4.8is with the 4.6is rims. I do not want to buy unless I know what I can get the rims for new. I am only interested in OEM. Does anyone know?

I think they go for in range of $2200 to $2800 for the set depending on where you buy. Crevierbmw may give you for $2800 for just the rims. They are occasionally on Ebay for little less. You can use the same tires though. Good luck.

How impatient am I? Was in Miami over the weekend and saw a used '05 4.8is with 4900 miles. I have an '06 on order but it is not in until October. I decided to stop at the dealership on the way to the airport and worked out a deal for $7750 less than the deal on the new car. But, I need to get it to Dallas (~$1500), get the 4.8 rims (~1500 after selling 4.6 rims), higher interest rate on used car (.005% difference = $750 PV), and resale value difference (assumed $4,000 at end of 5 years), the savings is nil. The '05 is CPO, so it comes with 6 year 100K warranty, but still did not feel like it was worth it after losing the first year of maint. and warranty. Calling back to cancel today. What a waste of time! I almost missed my flight putting that deal together.
