IMO, www.photobucket.com is the best for forum posting, the pictures in your albums have different links that gives u the codes to post image in a forum (like this), post as a hyperlink, post as a thumbnail link to the larger image etc.. Has a multiple file upload feature as well if you have alot of pictures to upload.
