Stolen X5 in Winnipeg

With the snow here the last couple of days, the plows will be out and they will tow vehicles left on the street. Good news is the tow truck driver has to run the plate first before he tows, so I am told a lot of stolen cars turn up that way.

We have a real problem with kids thinking they can get a ride in someone elses car here. The solution is counseling (BS). 3 weeks ago three 15 y o kids were busted driving a stolen (police set-up) car to counseling. What a joke! Thankfully no real organized theft rings.
