A few electrical problems

Well ive seem to have run into a few electrical problems, i've just let them slide for a while, but i think i need to repair/do something now...

so i get a few lights says:
Check low beam headlight (most of the time it works, today one of them didnt light up!)

Check tailgate light (they all work fine!)

Also my rear wiper jet doesnt seem to spray, although i can hear the motor running...

So i was wondering if there is a quick fix, cos im taking it down to BMW tomorrow to have a look....Cos in europe they have this "headlights must be running all the time" rule

Also how much tread do you guys have on your tires? mine seem a little "skinny"
