Well I went ahead and did it today and traded in the Benz for an X5. I traded my wifes 02' E320 4Matic Wagon for an 04' X5 3.0. I made out pretty well in that I was able to find a clean low mileage X5 local to me. BMW's are rare on dealers lots around here and an X5 just doesn't ever show up. It has Cold Weather, Premium, Rear Climate, and a few other smaller options. It is very clean and drives like new with 42000 miles and 3 months left on the warranty. I was able to get it at dealer cost and a decent trade on the wagon. So let me say I am happy be be apart of the family and wish I had better pics to share.
