Need Help with pricing, quick Thanks.

My friend is going overseas and will be selling his X5 soon
I tried to lookup KBB etc prices but wanted some feedback from people that actually have this car. So if someone respond to what will be the "ideal" price for that car I will greatly appreciate this.
He has a month to sell this car:

2003 BMW X5 4.4 with almost 60K miles
Light blue exterior and light interior
Sport and Premium packages, xenons, heated seats, sport seats, wheels & sunroof
He just put in new tires, rotors and brakes
He is a second owner and had this for a year and got it with 50K on the clock. The car is in really good/perfect condition in and out, basically looks like new. Has all dealer maintenance records
I called him today and he wants $26K for it.
What do you think I should offer him???? Thanks.

You have some homework to do. Check AutoTrader.com, Cars.com and Ebay to see where similar vehicles are offered. I would think his would command a premium as you know it was well cared for. Show him where you get your pricing information from so the deal can go as smoothly as possible.

Good Luck!

If the car is out of warranty and you think that you'll need one in the future it will cost a lot more to get extended warranty for a car that is over 4 years old and has more than 50K on it. Just my .02

price

I would offer 22K, 60K is a lot of miles.... I just bought a 05 3.0 with 19k miles for my wife, since it was a cpo veh. we have the ext. warranty and we also opt. for the extra 3yr maint. program for $1700....
