Aux. Vent/Heat problems - Need HELP!

Here goes, I have the webasto aux heat/vent system with remote control. I know how to program the timers to heat or ventilate the cabin when required. The problem is that when ever I use the remote control, the X only heats the car. Now this has been a really great summer here in Warsaw, Poland with really high temperatures and I need to cool the car using the remote control.

Really bad feeling when it's really hot out there, use the remote (only on/off on the remote) and you come out and get into an even hotter interior. Good thing I was alone, it would have been a bit embarassing if I was trying to impress someone

The manual says that if the outside temp is under 16 degrees celcius, the cr should automatically use the AC; when above 16, the webasto heating comes on.

I also read in the manual that there is way to activate using cell phone. Anyone knows how this works?
