Talking Low Mileage Maintenance Tips

I have a 2003 X5 4.4 with fairly low mileage (33K). I drive the X a few times a month. Besides the Batter Tender for extended inactivity, anyone have any other helpful maintenance tips? Oil change/tuneups etc? Because I don't put on too many miles, just not sure how much (or how often) I should be doing to take care of her.

Thanks for your advice!

Obvious things, probably not new to you include:
annual oil & filter, brake fluid change every couple years,
new coolant, maybe a powersteering fluid swap out, etc.

That Batt Tender is good idea and partly why I think our
oem batt went 6 years with sporadic usage.

Maybe change out all the air in your tires?!
