Obvious things, probably not new to you include:
annual oil & filter, brake fluid change every couple years, new coolant, maybe a powersteering fluid swap out, etc. That Batt Tender is good idea and partly why I think our oem batt went 6 years with sporadic usage. Maybe change out all the air in your tires?!  GL,mD
