Very cool setup. I see you have the mysterious (at least to us in the USA) AV connector and TV switch. Can you explain how they work and what cable you use for the connector (did you get it from BMW?)? Thanks.

As for the cable there is offcourse expensive OEM cable, but you can use standard audio stereo cable with 3,5 plug and RCA on other end. It wil provide Mono sound on the red RCA and Video feed on the other one White or Black depending on cable type. Tv switch wil when pressed change one tv station forward. Sorry but no, but as i stated befoure you can use regular Audio cable with 3,5 on one end and 2xrca on the other. As for the car beeing made in US and you guys not having this option, wel i cant get skidplate  it is not an option for europe only for the states.This AV input/output is connected to the tuner in same way you would do if you buy some aftermarket adapter on e-bay or so that gives you AV input, the only diference is that it is factory mounted in the center console.
