Thinking about changing the rubber mounting for the real axle due to noise whenever stopping and starting he car. Looking into changing all four at the same time.The local carshop said that it needed to be done.Is this a DIY? Parts no 2 in this picture.

PS Got a "new" M3 steering wheel change coming up. It is in the mail- cannot wait to get it fitted.
