wheel lock key ?
Is there a particular hiding spot for this tool in a 2002 X5? I want to switch my daughters 17's to a set of staggered 20's, but I can't find the tool in the car. We only purchased this car a few months ago. Thanks |

Mine was stored in the holder built into plastic near the jack, with the other tools.
Be aware that it wasn't standard equipment, but was added afterwards (even though there is a place in the tool set to store it). So, it could be anywhere. Hope you find it.

with JCL. That's the usual "hiding spot". Not too much of a hiding spot though. ![]() I hope the key is there. If it's not, you might be in for a hassle if the locking lugs are not OEM BMW. You'd have to try to find out the brand and then source the right key.
