X5 2003 Dension Ice Link Gateway 100

I have just fitted a Dension IceLink Gateway 100 to my 2003 X5. It all works fine but now I do not get a sound from the TV or Sat Nav system. Does anyone have any ideas? I thought it was a fault with the lead but I have a replacement part and still the same.

Dension Gateway 100

Did you resolve this problem? I am looking to buy the 100 and am hesitant after reading about the problems some of the forum members have had with their Dension installations!
