Did all the same mods as our buddy JSears to my 2006 4.4i (which is what you have).
Dinan has all the hp numbers listed on the website. For the specific combo you mentioned above, you're looking at about 20 hp. The CAI is 12 and the throttle body is 8. Throw in a free-flow exhaust (either Dinan or Supersprint) and you'll squeeze out another 7. That's a 27-hp boost over the stock 315 hp (or 342 hp). You will NOT be beating a Cayenne Turbo out of the toll booth, but you will have a better-breathing, more responsive engine and throttle.
