Thumbs up Warranty Direct - thumbs up!

this is a long one, so bear with me...

so i took my car to the dealer (JMK-BMW) thursday last week and told the SA whats wrong with my X.

1. Clunking noise on the left front wheel while parked turning the wheel left to right, right to left - (they replaced Front Thrust Arm bushing on both sides)
2. "Rattle" on the sunroof railings (right on top of my head when im driving, middle left side of the railings) - (they just lubricated the sunroof)
3. DSC, 4x4, ABS lights were on 5 times during winter - (replaced the whole DSC control unit)

Gave the SA a copy of my warranty card from WD and he told he'll give me a call if WD wont approve the job. Didnt get a call from the SA the whole day thursday and i decided to give him a call Friday. He told me WD approved everything and the only thing i should pay is my deductible ($50). Finally got my X back saturday afternoon and paid $88 total (deductible plus some tax). WD paid almost $1700, no fuss... so thats the good news...

This morning, before driving my X to work, parked in front of my house, i noticed its still making the sound (bummer) and the worse is, when i drove it, my X is also making that sound when hitting small potholes and bumps (which i dont have before). Also, the rattle on the sunroof is not gone, its back but not as loud as before (thanks mr. lubricant), but its still annoying.

Im bringing back my X to JMK tomorrow morning, my question is, do i still have to pay the deductible if it was their fault that they didnt fix my X the first time i brought it?

again, im happy with my decision before to get warranty from Warranty Direct, and i highly recommended them... but not so happy with the work done by JMK - BMW...
