Passenger side airbag sensor
You can't buy just the sensor alone, you have to buy the whole heating kit+ the fact I got sports seats don't help. Anyone know what the sensor is called or where I can get just the sensor? |

You can bypass the passenger occupancy sensor if you are okay with the feature removed. I've done that on my E39.
http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum...d.php?t=952131 Otherwise, your sensor or the control module might have to be replaced. You have to remove the seat skin, pads and the sensor. |

Whats the disadvantage? I don't really care as long as the light goes out and the airbags work

With a passenger lighter than 70lb , the air bag is disabled.

Anyone know if that airbag sensor is good for the 01 X5 3.0i with sports seats?
