Sorry to hear of all of your problems. If your going to trubleshoot it yourself, disconnect the horns, replace the fuse, and try blowing the horn. If the fuse blows again, its the wire harness or relay, if not, its the horn. Good luck

I tried to get the steering wheel off so i can take a look but I cant seem to take out the air bag.. I put the screwdriver in the hole and tried to pry the clip off so I can get the airbag off but it wont unclip... I made sure to disconnect the battery first of course...

I would try disconnecting the horns under the hood first. Use the Online WDS at the top of this page to trace the wires to an appropriate connector to check the harness. The last place I would look is the steering wheel.

Hey tomaz, I was wondering if you could tell me where the horn would be located in the engine compartment...

On my 01' 4.4 there are two horns mounted about 10" below the oil filter canister.

I tried to bring up the wiring diagram for the horn but the image would not work. Is it me or the web page??

Complete Vehicle --> Body --> Signaling & Warning Functions -->
Horn --> Left Horn

No, and I searched around. Best I could learn is they may be located in the ECU boxes under the black plastic winshield wiper motor cover?
