Latest Nav Disk

Whats is the latest Nav disk version?

Hi i have a 2005 X5 with Mk IV NAV system.
what is the latest version of the nav disk out currently? if you want to upgrade to the latest one is it just a case of swapping the DVDs around for the latest version. I dont suspect it is that easy.

On ebay people are selling BMW NAV disks but they all vary in type NAVTEQ/ BMW with different versions etc etc.

Who can point me in the right direction? how offen are these nav disks upgraded?

2005-2 DVD...and it is just simply plugging it in. You probably already have it.

The NAV discs are updated once (or sometimes once every 18 months).

Keep in mind that there are two different versions of the DVD disk. One is for i-bus vehicles (you need this version for the X5) and it has a blue label, and the other is for MOST-bus vehicles and it has a green label. They are not interchangable
