Where are the headlight fuses on an E53?
 Its not in the manual anywhere.

Headlights usually use a circuit breaker and relay, are they not coming on?

Try disconnecting the battery for a while to reset the system. After I switched to the Euro headlights I had to do this. You sure you didn't coincidentally blow the bulb recently?

Oh man ... I would've gone straight to them and tell it like it is. Seems like they're really responsible for the mess.
I assume you're just trying to band-aid for now (get the headlight working) until you can drop the X off back with them to correct the wiring. Strange that the angel eyes is gone too - especially if you didn't tap the headight harness for power.

Well they fixed the angel eyes but not the headlight. They finished the bezel part of the install but did not fix the part that has the horn switching sources.
I did some of my own research and Pac's website for the swi-jack steering wheel control module says the device is incompatible with all BMW's. Well apparently it works a little. So I guess nobody here knows how the xenon headlights are power-regulated other than ballasts and bulbs.
