Here is the same HID kit in a good projector


No glare on my S2000 retro in the VW


6000K is ok, you do loose some visible light. The color shift does look brighter, but it is not. You are noticing the color. Anything above 6k is not safe, at that point go back to Halogen.

Have started researching all about Xenons, as I want to install the best functioning upgrades possible without going to the huge expense of OEM's. Halogens at present..I recommend others like me who may be lacking in 'lighting savvy' to read what richirich found. Very interesting & most useful.

Dave G. own both....if you speak to him tell him that I referred you. He has the best solution for aftermarket..HID/Angeleye upgrades.....by far........"IMO" of course...they cost a bit more but at the end of the day if you want the best solution go with the best product......p53's....not my favorite.....and anything on ebay......ummmm..stay away....i've read horror stories about the longevity of some ebay solutions...
