Add another one:

36. Don't set the nozzle on the "fastest" setting. The slower you fill the tank the less turbulence, which equals evaporation / fumes, less density (see note on filling up when it is cooler). There is no density compensation in the pump.

I've been doing that lately and I spend 60 down from 64 for what I usually fill.
