I have had the same issue for the 3 months I have owned the vehicle. Lights came on a week after I bought it. Sold as seen!! I WILL get round to sorting it one day....! People I have spoken to and the information I have read on forums all say practically the same thing(s) that it could be. An ABS sensor. ABS module. Steering sensor. Steering ANGLE sensor (is this the same thing?).

Got my x5 back from stealer the same day after turning it in for yellow abs, brake and dsc lights came on.It turn out to be R/R wheel speed sensor parts and labor $217.50 O' and service engine light also so replaced mass air flow meter $402.32 so ran me about $700.00 total,i know ouchhh,WTF...but it runs so smooth now.there was a couple of other things which i didn't agree with and would have cost a total of $4,700..Ya right, i will have my own mechanic look into that
