How do I remove this panel (m)

I want to hardwire my new V1. I have a 2005 X5. I want to tap into the HomeLink wires. Only problem is I'm not sure how to get the panel out. I don't want to assume the wrong thing and force anything then break something. I was able to remove the back panel (they piece that has the vents in it) and I saw 2 torx screw that apparently held the back part in place. But kinda lost from there.

Here is a pic of the panel. Any help would be great!
