Changing Plugs

i only have 50k on my x, should i change the spark plugs already?...what are the best spark plugs around?

Just replace with oem plugs.

OEM or NGK Iridiums are amongst the favorites of BMW owners. I opted for the Bosch Platinum +4's and do I wish I picked up the NGKs. These plugs looked like OEM, but for some reason, my MPG went down about 2 mpg after I changed them.
