The fuel trims are attempting to add fuel and have reached their limit which sets this code. Usually caused by a vacuum leak or any other un-metered air leak. Symptoms?

Slow response at first, then I added a fuel additive. Where is the location of the vaccum? You are the second person to give me this advice. What's your advice on engine flush?

Its worth a try, as long as the fuel rails get cleaned. Happened to one of my other vehicles, reaction was so violent I thought my engine was shot. Simple cleaning and was running like a champ again. Hard to believe a clogged rail shook my engine so violently.
