How much ethonal does BP or Shell put in the premium, the signs say "up to 10%"?

I really it depends how heavy your feet are and if you actually try to put it on Manual. But in NYC traffic you are burning quick...Once I hit 3/4 - Gas goes downhill plus with my wife blasting the A/C - it's done in 3-4 days.

Sorry maybe I should have been clearer, I realize it says "up to 10%" but I was wondering if anyone knew a more precise % and not just a range of 1-10.
