Service Question?

Hi,

I had two green bars in the service indicator on my X5 (05, CPO, bought 2 months back) until last week, however when i was 50 miles away from home one bar disappeared.
I got back home and in the process put in 90 miles over 50k, now the miles read 50,100. I guess my original free service warranty expired on the way as i crossed 50K.

Do you think i must still try and talk to my stealer to get a free service warranty? Would they agree?
I have read that you could take your car to the dealer for oil change even if there is one green bar.

I bought my X5 2 months back and it had 2 bars on it when i got it. The stealer told me that they had got the truck completely inspected during certification and had done the front and rear brake service and also the replaced the rotors etc. It has new tires on it. Do i still need to be concerned? I am hoping i might just need to change oil when it hits the yellow bar. Is it suggestible to wait till the red bar shows up

Sorry for the long question. I am a newbie to the x5 world.

Thanks for the help
Ak
